The ceremony will be held at Glasgow University’s Memorial Chapel.

The ceremony starts at 4PM, Sunday 19th April. It will be officiated by Andrew Hunter. There are quite strict rules on photography in place during the ceremony, and as such our photographer, David Josue, is restricted to the back of the hall. We’d appreciate it if you could make his life easier by keeping the aisles clear during the ceremony to let him get his shots. Don’t worry, we’ll be making the shots available for you on this very site.

If you can’t make it but would like to watch live, you can tune in to the Uni’s webcam stream.

If heading there by public transport, Hillhead station is the closest underground stop, and I believe the closest bus routes are the 19, 19A and the 747. However, it may be most convenient to hail one of Glasgow’s many taxis.

Parking in the area can be problematic, but should be possible. Pre-paid five seater taxis will be waiting after the ceremony to take you to the reception, but we’d ask that you fill them up or we’ll run out of them!
